APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Richfield

By far the best place I've lived at in my 31 years of life, I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoy living here. The apartments are incredibly accommodating, and the staff, Bri and Phoebe, go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy in their homes. They are constantly available, either on their phones or personally resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, Patrick, the maintenance man, is always on call and does a phenomenal job addressing any issues that may come up. When I say that he is available instantly, I am 1000% honest. I am truly blown away by the support I have received in this apartment complex.

I like it, when you walk in it makes you feel like home. They all try keeping up with the place keeping it nice. They were so understanding and nice when we put in for here

Great place to live! very family and pet friendly. The staff here is amazing to work with, bri and Phoebe in the office/clubhouse go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can and make you feel like family. Patrick "the jack of all trades" maintenance man is super helpful and friendly. he does a phenomenal job fixing things and keeping the property in tip top shape.

Phoebe and Bri went above and beyond to make sure I was placed somewhere comfortable and safe during a very difficult time in my life. While the process was grueling and stressful, they never failed to keep a happy and professional demeanor and help me with any questions or concerns I had. Amazing staff and the property is taken care of so well. Happy to be here!!

Bri and Phoebe are so accommodating and sweet. They have been a dream to work with and I couldn’t wish for any better:) maintenance has been wonderful. I love using their gym that they have here on the property. And The units are so nice and cozy:)

Bri at sandstone hills apt is the first person I delt with when I moved here from Idaho! She has been outstanding in understanding the things I’ve been through and still going through! She has worked with us on things that have came up since moving in! She is absolutely wonderful and is so greeting when you walk through the door she is out from her desk and at the door greeting you asking what she can do. She takes care of absolutely everything that needs worked on. Looking for a safe and friendly place to move I suggest you get right on in and take a tour and meet Bri the leasing manager! Thanks for all you do Bri continue up the amazing work you do here in the little community of Richfield Utah. Patrick the handy man they have is also absolutely fantastic he is always ready to fix up anything and knows exactly the problem if not immediately he figures it out in the day. Thanks Patrick for the hard work you put in to help sandstone hills and Bri in a Timely manner.

Sandstone Hills Apartments are a great place to live!! I’m a single mom of three amazing young men and we have all enjoyed the atmosphere. The Staff here has made it 100% Better !! Patrick is man of all trades. He’s fast and very professional. Brianna is a genuinely Beautiful person who wants you to have the best experience ever. Phoebe is just as Beautiful. They are genuinely concerned for your wellbeing and comfort!! Because of this Staff alone, I would recommend Sandstone Hills Apartments for anyone!!! Thank you Brianna, Phoebe and Patrick, for going above and beyond for my little family!!
