APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Richfield

My wife, Bonnie, and I will have lived at Sandstone Hills apartment community for year this coming September. The community has great amenities; a pool, workout room in the club house and a hot tube connected to the pool. Sandstone is conveniently located across the street from Wal Mart, a strip-mall, close to other shopping, restaurants, Snow College (Utah State University South West), parks, and within a day's drive to Utah's "Big 5" state parks and national monuments. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. 5 stars!!!

I love living here it's quiet awesome neihbors. Good neighborhood close to stores in walking distance and the school bus picks the kids up right outside the complex. I absolutally love the staff at the main office they are welcoming to me and my daughter they have been there no matter what I needed and I will be sad when I have to move. I love it here. The staff members names are Bri, Phoebe, Amy , and can't forget the awesome maintainance man Patrick. Thanks for helping me get out of my bedroom I locked myself in one night and the door knob malfunction and the next morning I couldn't get out. He saved me I owe everyone of them a big tank you. I have loved living here. The too girls phoebe, and bri in the main office have helped me multiple times with any questions I have had, and did it with smiles on there face. I am very satisfied with there work. I also love the building they are beautiful and roomy. The location is awsome as well. And you can't beet the price. I would 100% recommend. Great community.

Love this place! The management is so friendly and the complex is beautiful! I love how comfy and pretty the units are too! I also love living someplace with a pool and hot tub. I don't rememberdl the last time I lived in a place with a pool. So this is very nice.

Bri and Phoebe are great and easy to work with. And the grounds always look great and clean... Thank you Patrick for all your hard work

By far the best place I've lived at in my 31 years of life, I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoy living here. The apartments are incredibly accommodating, and the staff, Bri and Phoebe, go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy in their homes. They are constantly available, either on their phones or personally resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, Patrick, the maintenance man, is always on call and does a phenomenal job addressing any issues that may come up. When I say that he is available instantly, I am 1000% honest. I am truly blown away by the support I have received in this apartment complex.

I like it, when you walk in it makes you feel like home. They all try keeping up with the place keeping it nice. They were so understanding and nice when we put in for here

Great place to live! very family and pet friendly. The staff here is amazing to work with, bri and Phoebe in the office/clubhouse go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can and make you feel like family. Patrick "the jack of all trades" maintenance man is super helpful and friendly. he does a phenomenal job fixing things and keeping the property in tip top shape.
