When I was considering moving to Utah for business, I was really out of my comfort zone worried about next steps and a new environment. What calmed me down and was excited about moving was after I talked to Bri about the process and made everything such an easy process. Highly recommend giving this place a chance as long as Bri is there to help you.

The Sandstone Hills Apts are a wonderful place to live. Bri in the office is always willing to talk and work through any issues that may arise and the maintenance crew Patrick and Quinten do an amazing job keeping the property clean and well taken care of!!!

Sandstone Hills Apartments has been an amazing place to live! The apartments have been absolutely beautiful (I have lived in the 1 bedroom and now in one of the two bedrooms, and both have been excellent.) New appliances, working phenomenally. The management team has been stellar, especially Brianna Vance the property manager. She is always willing to talk about any concerns and always prioritizes any issues. Patrick and Quinton handling property maintenance do a wonderful job. Always sure to salt the side walks when it's icy outside. I have lived in many apartments thru the years, but my experience living here has definitely topped all of them. A solid 10/10!

Love living in a brand new place!!! Brea in the office is so sweet and friendly. All maintenance is done in a timely manner. We couldn’t ask for better staff here in Richfield!!! Thank you to all of them!!!
