Sandstone Hills Apartments has been an amazing place to live! The apartments have been absolutely beautiful (I have lived in the 1 bedroom and now in one of the two bedrooms, and both have been excellent.) New appliances, working phenomenally. The management team has been stellar, especially Brianna Vance the property manager. She is always willing to talk about any concerns and always prioritizes any issues. Patrick and Quinton handling property maintenance do a wonderful job. Always sure to salt the side walks when it's icy outside. I have lived in many apartments thru the years, but my experience living here has definitely topped all of them. A solid 10/10!

Bri in the office is amazing to work with! I was struggling with rent and am 7 months pregnant. With expecting a baby soon and my job doesn't offer benefits. I became very overwhelmed with how I am going to pay rent during maternity leave. She showed me some alternative options to look into for rent assistance. She wasn't able to promise what I could get approved for, but just knowing there are options out there and to point me in the right direction was all I needed. I felt that Bri listened to all my concerns and addressed them the best possible way. I am very thankful for her help!

The experiences I had here were amazing, the ladies in the office were extremely patient and understanding. It was refreshing because both Phoebe and Bri made it feel easy and made it easy for me to understand because I can’t understand people at the best of times and my dyslexia makes it hard to read written instructions. Without Phoebe helping me understand the paperwork I doubt we’d have moved in when we did. Also important to note!! DOGS ARE ALLOWED!!! Beautiful place to live too.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with any leasing office, Phoebe and Bri helped us anytime we had questions, especially when I was working nights because I couldn't always make an appointment. Even if they were busy they would take 5 minutes to help us, and while we didn't have the opportunity to meet Patrick I'm sure he would've helped all the same. This place is GREAT! Finally, Sevier Co has some really nice affordable apartments. The leasing staff was really great to answer all of my questions and help me get moved in. When I had a little problem Patrick came out and was super professional while he helped me get connected to the Internet. My wife, Bonnie, and I will have lived at Sandstone Hills apartment community for year this coming September. The community has great amenities; a pool, workout room in the club house and a hot tube connected to the pool. Sandstone is conveniently located across the street from Wal Mart, a strip-mall, close to other shopping, restaurants, Snow College (Utah State University South West), parks, and within a day's drive to Utah's "Big 5" state parks and national monuments. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. 5 stars!!!

I love living here it's quiet awesome neihbors. Good neighborhood close to stores in walking distance and the school bus picks the kids up right outside the complex. I absolutally love the staff at the main office they are welcoming to me and my daughter they have been there no matter what I needed and I will be sad when I have to move. I love it here. The 5+ star staff make this 2-star complex a great place to live, and my criticism is of the physical property and units alone. I don't know how the amazing PATRICK keeps up with it all. If I had my way, he would receive a six-figure salary! --------- You get what you pay for in this low-income housing complex. A very small piece of grass is the I only place for kids to play and dogs to visit in a complex teeming with children and pets makes it a hot mess! The pool is inadequately sized for the number of residents, and the year-round hot tub is a favorite of crowds and parties well into the late winter nights. I'm in a brand new unit poorly built with shoddy flooring above an uneven foundation, fitted with the cheapest of appliances and thin walls/ceiling. It's an ongoing joke in my family that visiting me overnight means hearing the upstairs neighbors fighting or loudly entertaining in their apartment past midnight. Having fallen on hard times means this is the only affordable, available place in Utah for me. So, I'll slap lipstick on this pig and call it a home.

By far the best place I've lived at in my 31 years of life, I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoy living here. The apartments are incredibly accommodating, and the staff, Bri and Phoebe, go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy in their homes. They are constantly available, either on their phones or personally resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, Patrick, the maintenance man, is always on call and does a phenomenal job addressing any issues that may come up. When I say that he is available instantly, I am 1000% honest. I am truly blown away by the support I have received in this apartment complex.

Out of all of the apartments I’ve lived in, this place has been my favorite so far. The staff here is super friendly as well. Both Bri and Phoebe make this place such a pleasant environment to be in, they do such a great job with all that they do! They’re easily some of the kindest people you’ll come across, super genuine people too. I also love the convenience of living here— everything you need is either in walking distance or a quick 2-3 minute drive away. You also have quick access to I-70 and you’re basically right on Main Street. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment that is actually up-to-date and affordable.
