My son and his family have recently began renting there. It's right across from Walmart. That's a big plus. The apartment itself is very spacious, and family friendly. The assistant manager Phoebe was very well informed and friendly. I think they will be happy there for years to come.

The apartments are beautiful, and the on-site manager Phoebe was possibly the most sweet, helpful manager I've ever met. Pool and year round hot tub are a huge plus as well. Overall best apartments in Richfield in my opinion.

Excellent staff who were both very helpful with getting my application submitted and approved. Even though I didn't have a working dishwasher when I moved in, the maintenance team was quick to get it replaced.

Pheobe was so nice and easy to work with! She made the process of applying and getting in so easy! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!

Phoebe is literally the best! Such a sweetheart! I love living in these apartments. Such a great property.
