Love this place! Beautiful. Such amazing, sweet and helpful (Thanks Phoebe and Brea!) management. Works with county or city funded rental help programs. We're even accommodating of my emotional support pet (with provided pet waste cleanup bag stations)! 10 stars if possible

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a warm smile and positive energy from Brianna, the entire staff was supper friendly and made us feel very welcome. Brianna has gone above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and concerns were answered. The communication is top-notch! Brianna is always quick to respond to inquiries and takes the time to provide detailed answers. Whether I had questions about the lease, maintenance assistance, or wanted to know about community events, she was always there with a friendly demeanor and a willingness to help. The maintenance team, which Patrick oversees, is equally impressive. They do an excellent job at keeping the property clean and give it great curb appeal. You can tell they maintain high standards for service and take pride in their community. Sandstone hills apartments in Richfield is the best place I’ve ever stayed at! There are so many fun things they do throughout the holidays like door decorating and there is even a mailbox for letters to Santa! I can’t express more how grateful I am to live here!
