Outstanding Management and Exceptional Service! I recently had the pleasure of working with Brianna at Sandstone Hills Apartments, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Brianna has gone above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and concerns were answered. The communication is top-notch! Brianna is always quick to respond to inquiries and takes the time to provide detailed answers. Whether I had questions about the lease, maintenance assistance, or wanted to know about community events, she was always there with a friendly demeanor and a willingness to help. The maintenance team, which Patrick oversees, is equally impressive. They do an excellent job at keeping the property clean and give it great curb appeal. You can tell they maintain high standards for service and take pride in their community. Overall, I highly recommend Sandstone Hills Apartments and commend Brianna for her outstanding management skills. If you're looking for a place to call home, you won’t find a better manager or a nicer community.

Sandstone hills apartments in Richfield is the best place I’ve ever stayed at! There are so many fun things they do throughout the holidays like door decorating and there is even a mailbox for letters to Santa! I can’t express more how grateful I am to live here!

In the process of looking for a new residence and had to let you all know the manager Brianna is extremely caring and helpful, greeted us with a smile and wonderful energy. You can tell the property is kept up very well, we were very impressed. Just had to let yall know the whole staff is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Keep up the good work!
