Such a great place to rent from! The apartments are clean and spacious, lots of friendly people here, and really nice views! Out of all of the apartments I’ve lived in, this place has been my favorite so far. The staff here is super friendly as well. Both Bri and Phoebe make this place such a pleasant environment to be in, they do such a great job with all that they do! They’re easily some of the kindest people you’ll come across, super genuine people too. I also love the convenience of living here— everything you need is either in walking distance or a quick 2-3 minute drive away. You also have quick access to I-70 and you’re basically right on Main Street. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment that is actually up-to-date and affordable.

The staff is so nice and welcoming we got accepted pretty quickly the apartment is great and the hot tub is really nice its definitely a great place to live i recommend it if you can

Brand new apartments and lovely floor plans. They made the process so easy for us and the ladies in the clubhouse were very kind. Much better in comparison to the other property rental companies around here. Reasonable deposit and reasonable rent
